Mark Brnovich (born April 25, 1966) is an American attorney and politician who served as the 26th Attorney General of Arizona from 2015 to 2023. A member of the Republican Party, Brnovich has been involved in various legal and political issues throughout his career.

Mark Brnovich was born in Detroit, Michigan, and later moved to Arizona. He attended Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University College of Law.

Before entering politics, Brnovich worked in various legal capacities. He served as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and later as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona. His work focused on prosecuting crimes such as drug trafficking and public corruption.

Brnovich also held the position of Director of the Arizona Department of Gaming, where he was responsible for regulating the state's gaming industry.
