  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Parmesan, pork rind crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and fold the meat around the cheese, forming a ball. Ensure the cheese is completely enclosed in the meat.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
  6. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to the skillet with the marinara sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is heated through.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
