Pork Cabbage Casserole[edit | edit source]

A delicious and hearty keto friendly dish, the Pork Cabbage Casserole is a perfect meal for those following a low-carb diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and cook until it starts to wilt. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cut the cooked pork chops into bite-sized pieces and add them back into the pan. Stir in the heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
