Pork Chops with Green Beans and Garlic Butter (Keto Friendly)[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Pork chops
- 2 cups of Green beans
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 4 tablespoons of Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear on both sides until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- While the pork chops are searing, mince the garlic cloves.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the green beans and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet with the green beans and stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, nestling them in among the green beans.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
- Serve the pork chops with the green beans and garlic butter.
