Pork Chops with Green Beans and Garlic Butter (Keto Friendly)[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear on both sides until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  5. While the pork chops are searing, mince the garlic cloves.
  6. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, add the green beans and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  8. Add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet with the green beans and stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
  9. Return the pork chops to the skillet, nestling them in among the green beans.
  10. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
  11. Serve the pork chops with the green beans and garlic butter.
