Ingredients[edit | edit source]

For the Keto BBQ Sauce[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Season the pork loin ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ribs and sear on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until tender.
  5. While the ribs are baking, prepare the Keto BBQ Sauce. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Brush the ribs with the Keto BBQ Sauce and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
  7. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
