Pork Loin Ribs with Keto BBQ Sauce[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- Pork loin ribs - 2 lbs
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
For the Keto BBQ Sauce[edit | edit source]
- Tomato paste - 1 cup
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Erythritol - 1/3 cup
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp
- Liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Season the pork loin ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ribs and sear on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until tender.
- While the ribs are baking, prepare the Keto BBQ Sauce. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Brush the ribs with the Keto BBQ Sauce and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
