Portobello Personal Pizzas are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pizza. They are low in carbs, making them perfect for those following a keto diet.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Brush both sides of the mushrooms with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the mushrooms for about 5 minutes to soften them.
  5. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and drain any liquid that has collected in the caps.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on each mushroom cap.
  7. Top the sauce with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Add the pepperoni, bell peppers, black olives, and onions on top of the cheese.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Return the mushrooms to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let the pizzas cool for a few minutes before serving.
