Portobello Steaks with Avocado Chimichurri is a delicious and healthy keto-friendly recipe. This dish is perfect for those who are on a ketogenic diet and are looking for a satisfying and flavorful meal.

- 4 large Portobello mushroom caps
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the Portobello caps with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until tender.
- While the mushrooms are grilling, make the chimichurri. Combine the avocado, parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Process until smooth.
- Serve the grilled Portobello steaks with a generous dollop of the avocado chimichurri.
