Salmon Tarragon Dill Cream Sauce[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Salmon Tarragon Dill Cream Sauce. It's a perfect dish for those who are on a ketogenic diet and love seafood.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the skin is crispy.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is cooking, make the cream sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, tarragon, dill, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Once the salmon is done, remove from the oven and drizzle with the cream sauce. Serve immediately.
