Savory Sesame Fat Bombs are a delicious and healthy snack option for those following a keto diet. They are packed with healthy fats and are low in carbs, making them perfect for a keto lifestyle.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Start by toasting the sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat until they become golden brown. Be careful not to burn them.
- In a bowl, combine the toasted sesame seeds, almond flour, coconut oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fat bombs are firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
