Scrambled eggs in a mug is a quick and easy keto friendly recipe that can be prepared in under 5 minutes. It's perfect for those busy mornings when you need a healthy and satisfying breakfast on the go.

- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe mug. Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk the ingredients together with a fork until they are fully combined.
- Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute.
- Remove the mug from the microwave and stir the eggs.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the eggs.
- Return the mug to the microwave and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
