Sullivans Kedough Pizza is a delicious, keto-friendly pizza recipe that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor, making it a great choice for a healthy and satisfying meal.

- 1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Cream cheese
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup of Almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 cup of Pizza sauce
- 1 cup of Pepperoni
- 1/2 cup of Bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup of Onions, sliced
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Stir in the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough out on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over the top. Add the pepperoni, bell peppers, and onions.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
