The keto bread
Keto Bread Recipe[edit | edit source]
This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Bread. It's perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet and is easy to prepare.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 1/2 cups of Almond Flour
- 6 large Eggs
- 4 tbsp of Butter, melted
- 3 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1/2 tsp of Xanthan Gum
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter together.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well until a dough forms.
- Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
