Bacon Mozzarella Meatballs are a delicious and satisfying meal that is perfect for those following a keto diet. They are packed with protein and healthy fats, and are low in carbs.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
