- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 oz brie cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into four equal parts. Shape each part into a patty.
- Cut the brie cheese into four equal parts. Place one part of the cheese in the center of each patty.
- Fold the beef over the cheese, ensuring that the cheese is completely enclosed in the beef.
- Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until they are browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
