  1. Start by preheating your waffle iron.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender. Once cooked, allow it to cool.
  3. Once the cauliflower is cool, use a cheese cloth or a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out as much water as possible.
  4. In a food processor, combine the cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  6. Serve the waffles warm with your favorite keto-friendly toppings.
