Butter Fried Kale with Pork and Cranberries[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe that combines the rich flavors of butter fried kale, pork, and cranberries. It's a perfect dish for those who are following a ketogenic diet.

  1. Rinse the kale and remove the stems. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
  3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the kale and cranberries. Cook until the kale is wilted and the cranberries are softened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the pork is cooked through.
  7. Serve the butter fried kale with pork and cranberries warm.
