Butter Fried Kale with Pork and Cranberries[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe that combines the rich flavors of butter fried kale, pork, and cranberries. It's a perfect dish for those who are following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of kale
- 1 lb of pork chops
- 1/2 cup of cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Rinse the kale and remove the stems. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the kale and cranberries. Cook until the kale is wilted and the cranberries are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the pork is cooked through.
- Serve the butter fried kale with pork and cranberries warm.
