Chocolate Keto Brownies are a delicious, low-carb dessert option for those following a keto diet. They are rich, fudgy, and perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth while still adhering to dietary guidelines.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of erythritol (or other keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
