A delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe, Creamed Green Cabbage is a perfect side dish for any meal. It's low in carbs, high in fiber, and packed with vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large green cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and sauté until it starts to soften.
- Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine and cover the pan.
- Let it simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the cream has thickened.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
