Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Wings[edit | edit source]
A delicious and healthy keto alternative to traditional chicken wings, these Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Wings are sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the melted butter, then coat in the almond flour mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your favorite keto-friendly dip.
