  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the mint yogurt dip. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mint, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  5. Serve the grilled chicken with the mint yogurt dip on the side.
