This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Greek Chicken with Mint Yogurt Dip. It's easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mint Yogurt Dip:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the mint yogurt dip. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mint, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Serve the grilled chicken with the mint yogurt dip on the side.
