Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon Burgers are a delicious and healthy keto-friendly meal. They are packed with protein and healthy fats, making them a great choice for those following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 cedar plank
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 avocado slices

- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon on the cedar plank and grill for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is grilling, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Once the salmon is done, let it cool for a few minutes and then break it into chunks.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on a plate, followed by a slice of tomato, a chunk of salmon, a dollop of the sauce, and a slice of avocado.
