Jalapeno Cauliflower Rice Balls[edit | edit source]

Jalapeno Cauliflower Rice Balls are a delicious and healthy keto friendly snack. They are easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, jalapeno, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough olive oil to coat the bottom.
  5. Fry the cauliflower rice balls in the skillet until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Transfer the fried balls to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite keto friendly dipping sauce.
