This is a delicious and healthy recipe for Keto Bites General Tso's Chicken. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and craving some Asian cuisine.

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the almond flour and coconut flour in a bowl.
  3. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and erythritol. Stir until the erythritol is dissolved.
  7. Add the fried chicken pieces back into the pan and toss until coated with the sauce.
