Keto Cheeseburger Muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that is perfect for those following a keto diet. They are low in carbs and high in protein, making them a great choice for a keto-friendly meal.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, onion, and pickle.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the beef mixture, stirring until well combined.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  8. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing them. Serve warm.
