  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add the green beans to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  7. Season the green beans with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  8. Serve the salmon fillets with the green beans and garnish with fresh parsley.
