This is a delicious and healthy recipe for Keto Fried Salmon with Green Beans. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Season the green beans with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Serve the salmon fillets with the green beans and garnish with fresh parsley.
