Keto Paprika Chicken is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of paprika.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the remaining paprika and the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and transfer to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and stir in the heavy cream.
- Serve the Keto Paprika Chicken hot.
