Keto Pasta with Blue Cheese Sauce[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and easy-to-make Keto pasta recipe with a rich and creamy blue cheese sauce. It's perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of Keto-friendly pasta
- 1 cup of Blue cheese
- 1 cup of Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Cook the keto-friendly pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the heavy cream to the saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Lower the heat and stir in the blue cheese until it melts into the cream.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the blue cheese sauce over the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
