For the toppings:[edit | edit source]

Preparation[edit | edit source]

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute or until cheeses are melted and can be stirred together. 3. Add the almond flour, egg, salt, and oregano to the cheese mixture and stir until a dough forms. 4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a thin circle. 5. Transfer the rolled-out dough (on parchment) to a pizza stone or baking sheet. 6. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. 7. Remove the crust from the oven and add the tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings. 8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
