Low Carb Cauliflower Rice[edit | edit source]
Low carb cauliflower rice is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional rice. It's a perfect dish for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into chunks.
- Place the chunks into a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice grains.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's tender and slightly golden.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
