Low Carb Cheeseburger Casserole is a delicious and satisfying dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. It's packed with flavor and is sure to become a family favorite.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup, sugar-free
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
- Stir in the cream cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the mustard, ketchup, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped pickles.
- Spread the beef mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
