Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 cups of cooked and chopped shrimp
- 2 cups of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the crust. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked shrimp, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Pour the shrimp and cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and lightly browned on top.
