- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of olives
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
