Steak and Veggie Kebabs are a delicious and healthy option for those following a keto diet. They are easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb beef steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the steak, bell peppers, onion, zucchini, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender.
- Let the kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
