Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium Avocado, diced
- 1 cup of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of Cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup of Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of Black Olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup of Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, sliced black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
