  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

  4. Return the beef to the pot and add the diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let the chili cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve the chili hot, garnished with your favorite keto-friendly toppings.
