Creamy Lemon and Dill Pan Seared Salmon is a delicious and nutritious keto-friendly dish. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and vitamin D, making it a great choice for those following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the pan, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and dill to the pan.
- Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes until it has reduced and thickened.
- Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over the top.
- Serve the salmon with the creamy lemon and dill sauce.
