Keto Chocolate Roll Cake is a delicious, low-carb dessert that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to make and is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and erythritol together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, almond flour, salt, and baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. While the cake is cooling, make the filling by heating the heavy cream, unsweetened chocolate, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  7. Once the cake is cool, spread the filling over the top. Roll the cake up, starting from one of the short ends.
  8. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
