Keto Seared Salmon with Creamy Lemon Sauce[edit | edit source]

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  6. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and lemon juice to the skillet.
  7. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  8. Stir in the dill and season the sauce with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
  9. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
  10. Serve the salmon with the creamy lemon sauce.
