Low Carb Zesty Chicken Nuggets is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It is a perfect meal for those who are following a low-carb diet or ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the nuggets with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
