Ingredients[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
  2. Crack the eggs into the pan, being careful not to break the yolks. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. While the eggs are cooking, spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  5. Once the eggs are done, carefully slide them onto the yogurt. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.
