Simple Liberal Low Carb Breakfast with Fried Eggs and Yogurt[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
- Crack the eggs into the pan, being careful not to break the yolks. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
- Once the eggs are done, carefully slide them onto the yogurt. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately.
