A delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crust, this Cheesy Pizza Crust Pizza is perfect for those following a keto diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the dough out on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over it. Sprinkle with cheese and add your desired toppings.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
