Keto Holiday Turkey Meatballs[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Marinara sauce, sugar-free
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to the skillet with the marinara sauce and gently toss to coat.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
