Keto Holiday Turkey Meatballs[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to the skillet with the marinara sauce and gently toss to coat.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
