Recipe instructions
- Soak salt meat overnight in cold water.
- Drain off water.
- Put meat in a large pot with enough water to cover it.
- Cook 1 hour.
- Add swiss chard to pot and cook 45 minutes longer or until swiss chard and meat are tender.
- Drain off water and serve.
