Grilled salmon with papaya-mint salsa (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. To make salsa, combine first nine ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Lightly coat grill or boiler pan with cooking spray.
  4. Sprinle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill or broil fish 5 minutes on each side or until done.
  6. Top each steak with 1/4 cup salsa.
