Khaviar iranian caviar (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Iranian caviar from the Caspian sea is the best available.
  2. Peel and chop onion very finely.
  3. Wash and chop parsley very finely.
  4. Add caviar to onion and parsley and mix well.
  5. If using unsalted crackers, a bit of salt can be added to the mix.
  6. If desired, place a bit of butter on each cracker, and serve with the mix.
