Quick and easy manicotti (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cook manicotti shells according to package directions; drain.
  2. Rinse in cold water; drain and set aside.
  3. Saute ground beef and garlic in skillet, stirring to crumble beef, until beef is no longer pink; drain.
  4. Add cottage cheese, mozzarella, salt, and mayonnaise to skillet; stir well.
  5. Stuff manicotti shells with meat mixture; arrange shells in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  6. Combine spaghetti sauce and oregano; pour over manicotti.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover and bakeat 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake10 additional minutes.
