Debbi's chicken noodle soup (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Ģ Combine broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper in CrockPot.
- Ģ Place thawed chicken breast on top of vegetables.
- Ģ Cover slow cooker with lid and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
- Ģ Transfer chicken to cutting board. Discard bay leaves. Add noodles to slow-cooker; cover with lid and cook (on low or high) 20 minutes.
- Ģ While noodles cook, shred chicken with two forks.
- Ģ Season chicken with Garlic Pepper, Cumin, Italian Seasoning, Lawry s Seasoning (Low Sodium), and Cracked Black Pepper Mix shredded chicken until seasoning is distributed evenly throughout.

Ģ Skim fat from soup and discard. Return chicken to soup to serve.
