Holiday turkey salad (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cook turkey breast until cooked through and set aside to cool, then chop into medium pieces.
  2. Combine celery and apples with Almonds Accents, dried fruit and parsley in a medium bowl.
  3. Add chopped turkey, salt and pepper, and Marie's Ranch dressing and mix well.
  4. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
  5. Toss with greens immediately before serving.
