Fillets of sole in white wine (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Salt the fillets and place them in a greased ovenproof dish.
  2. Add the wine, 3 tbsp of butter and the chopped mushrooms.
  3. Cover and bake20 minutes in a 350 oven.
  4. Make the sauce: melt the butter in a sauce pan, add the flour and stir.
  5. Pour the juices from the baked fish into the butter/flour mixture.
  6. Stir and simmer a couple of minutes.
  7. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
