Obesity in Eswatini[edit | edit source]

In 2016, Eswatini had an adult obesity rate of 16.5%, ranking it 124th globally. This is a significant health concern, as obesity is linked to a number of serious health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer.

Healthcare Facilities[edit | edit source]

Eswatini has several healthcare facilities that offer services for weight loss and obesity management. These include the Mbabane Government Hospital and the Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital, both of which offer nutritional counseling and weight management programs.
